We can’t wait to see you at the Community & Family Day Expo! As you plan to join us, please review the important information below:


General


  • The event will take place in Halls H & I of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center located at 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA.
  • Doors will open at 10:00 am.
  • You will need to present your confirmation email with QR code to enter the event. Please check your spam / junk mail folders.
  • Every adult 18 and older attending the event must be registered.
  • Backpacks are for Pre K-12 students only. Your child must be present to receive a backpack.
  • Directions and parking information can be found here.
  • Download the Community Day App or review the Community & Family Day Agenda to learn more about all the exciting events and activities taking place throughout the day.

The Community Day App is Live! Download it now and use it as your guide for Community Day and prepare for an exciting day, and enhance your experience with easy access to the schedule, real-time updates and a chance to win prizes!

  • Download the National Urban League App - Apple | Android
  • Login with the email address you used to register for Community Day.
  • That’s it! You’re logged in!

Please note. If you are registered for the Conference and Community Day you will see both events and will need to make sure NUL Community Day is selected.

  • To check in to the event, we will scan the QR code you received in your email OR you can open the app and click on the QR option to display your QR code once you arrive.

Back to School Zone – Backpack & School Supplies Giveaway


  • Your child must be present to receive a backpack.
  • Backpacks are for pre-K-12 students only.
  • Backpacks available while supplies last.
  • PepsiCo Foundation Food For Good will be giving away pre-packaged meals while supplies last. Please do not open or consume during the event.
